Custom 12 ACFT Training Plan

I want to take this time to let everyone know about a great ACFT training program, I came across recently. It’s a 12 week plan created by SSG Ramon Abreu Matos. The program comes with instructions that after 12 weeks will show your progress compared to your 1 rep max. I think this is a great tool for Soldiers looking to improve their strength training. It’s simple to use , detailed, and SSG Abreu has left contact information for any question you may have.

I know with the ACFT around the corner, Soldiers are preparing. I believe tools and programs like these are helpful especially to Leaders. It can help with tracking , training, and consistency. Using this to guide Soldiers to their goal and feel confident about the ACFT.

If your curious about where I came this program, I am a member of “ACFT Training Community” on Facebook. It’s a facebook private group of Soldiers & Leaders all across the Army. Sharing the latest information about the ACFT, training guides, videos, and advice. All and all a great community to be a part of.

Leaders, there are lots of Facebook communities for NCO’s , dealing with Fitness, Leadership, Admin, Maintenance, & etc. These groups are a great source of information and should be utilized to help you increase not  your knowledge and help expand your network. It’s always great to communicate with other Leaders about different topics and hear how their ideas.
