Leaders,
here is the New Non Commissioned Officer Guide TC 7-22.7. The previous version was from April 2015, some of the changes include; section rearrangement, a larger layout; updated philosophies, newer manual references, a larger support guide like websites, and a Change Of Responsibility Script and NCO Induction Ceremony Guide.
This manual has great information for all Leaders and I advice all NCO’s to browse through if they haven’t done so before.
