For the National Guard December is the month for mandatory briefs, classes, ASU Inspections and Holiday celebrations. As a Staff NCO, one of my responsibilities around this time is to conduct a class. The class I was assigned to this year is SHARP.I’m writing this post not to explain the Sharp Program to you, or tell you how to teach the Sharp class. But to provide you with all the information you will need. So I decided to put together a SHARP Trainer Kit for leaders tasked to do a Sharp class. I did the research and ask instructors, where they got their information. To my surprise the information was easy to get and not difficult at all to obtain. The Army Training Network, is where all of the information is located.
